LED remains blinking green and no data is transmitted

There may be incorrect entries for the Wi-Fi settings, NTP server, or data transmission destination. Please verify that all information is entered correctly.

LED blinks red

One or more of the following settings have not been entered: Wi-Fi, NTP, or data transmission destination. Please complete the necessary configuration.

Pressing and holding the setting button does not switch to setup mode

Upon device startup, the LED lights up in the order of red → green. If the button is held down before this red→green sequence, the device enters factory-reset standby mode. Please press and hold the setting button after confirming the red→green LED sequence.

Forgot password

Performing a factory reset will restore the password to its default setting. Please note that a factory reset will initialize all settings, including the cumulative energy measurement.

The current value is 0A

・Please make sure that the current sensor is connected correctly.

・If the current falls below the zero-cut current value, it will display 0A.

・For single-phase two-wire systems, S and T phases will be displayed as 0A, and for single-phase three-wire and three-phase three-wire systems, S phase will be displayed as 0A.

If the phase to which the current sensor is connected is displayed as 0A, please check that the wiring method is set correctly on the device settings screen.

Immediately after startup, the red → green LED flashes multiple times, and the device resets even though the reset button is not pressed.

Operation may be unstable if the device is connected to a computer's USB port or other device that cannot supply sufficient current to the device.

Please use a USB power source of 3W or more.

I want to reset the cumulative power consumption
