  • Clarifying areas for improvement on-site and promoting efficiency

※Optional two-point measurement using thermocouples available

Features

Why do you need to know your CO₂ emissions?

With climate change countermeasures now urgent, companies are being asked to take concrete steps to reduce CO₂. The very first step is to “accurately understand” how much CO₂ you are emitting. Once you know the facts, you can recognize the issues and map out effective countermeasures.

When electricity is visible, CO₂ emissions are visible

Power consumption and CO₂ emissions are closely linked. Visualizing “which equipment is using the most electricity” and “where wasteful energy use is occurring” makes it easy to pinpoint CO₂ reduction opportunities. Because wattXplorer is a sensor that simply clamps onto a power line and wirelessly transmits real-time power data to the cloud or on-premise servers, visualizing power and calculating CO₂ emissions becomes quick and effortless.

When electricity is visible, the shop floor changes

Making electricity usage visible changes awareness on-site. “Which equipment is currently in operation?” “Is there any wasteful operation?” wattXplorer also visualizes equipment operating status, standby power, aging changes, and abnormalities. By making strain, waste, and unevenness visible with concrete data, on-site issues become clear and improvement activities naturally accelerate. Productivity improves and energy costs are reduced.

Take the first step toward the future

“wattXplorer” is the perfect tool for balancing power management with environmental considerations. To change the future of your company, why not start by “visualizing” your power and CO₂ emissions?

Let’s change the future of the world and your company through visualization!

FAQ

LED remains blinking green and no data is transmitted
There may be incorrect entries for the Wi-Fi settings, NTP server, or data transmission destination. Please verify that all information is entered correctly.
LED blinks red
One or more of the following settings have not been entered: Wi-Fi, NTP, or data transmission destination. Please complete the necessary configuration.
Pressing and holding the setting button does not switch to setup mode
Upon device startup, the LED lights up in the order of red → green. If the button is held down before this red→green sequence, the device enters factory-reset standby mode. Please press and hold the setting button after confirming the red→green LED sequence.
Forgot password
Performing a factory reset will restore the password to its default setting. Please note that a factory reset will initialize all settings, including the cumulative energy measurement.
The current value is 0A
・Please make sure that the current sensor is connected correctly. ・If the current falls below the zero-cut current value, it will display 0A. ・For single-phase two-wire systems, S and T phases will be displayed as 0A, and for single-phase three-wire and three-phase three-wire systems, S phase will be displayed as 0A. If the phase to which the current sensor is connected is displayed as 0A, please check that the wiring method is set correctly on the device settings screen.
Immediately after startup, the red → green LED flashes multiple times, and the device resets even though the reset button is not pressed.
Operation may be unstable if the device is connected to a computer's USB port or other device that cannot supply sufficient current to the device. Please use a USB power source of 3W or more.
I want to reset the cumulative power consumption
You can reset it from the product settings screen. Or perform a factory reset.
I can't connect to the network and can't see the data.
Please check the status of the LED on your device. If it continues to flash green, the settings may not be correct or the signal may be poor. Please check that the settings are correct on the device's settings screen.
I can't connect to the network even though the SSID and password are correct.
Please make sure the selected SSID is in the 2.4GHz band. It also supports up to WPA2.
