100th anniversary in August 2025, is a manufacturer of pressure vessels. Its main product
(70-80% of sales) is spiral heat exchangers, which are resistant to dirt and clogging and easy to
maintain, and boasts an overwhelming share of the market in sewage treatment plants, food companies,

Background of wattXplorer Introduction
They obtained SBT certification as a small and medium-sized enterprise in October 2024, and when they were worried about how to check the invisible electricity of equipment that operates irregularly, such as overhead cranes and welding machines, they met our company president, Mr. Wada, at an event held by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. He was impressed by the ease of installation of wattXplorer and its ability to monitor electricity in real time, and introduced it around mid-October 2024.

What we noticed and learned after introducing wattXplorer
◆Condition monitoring・Predictive Maintenance
Since we were able to obtain the power waveform data of the latest equipment, we can now easily determine the timing of maintenance and replacement by monitoring future power waveforms, and easily determine the priority of responses.

◆Operational management
The start and end times of equipment operation can now be visualized in the power waveform, making it possible to check the operating status at a glance. The operating rate for each period can also be calculated.

When we didn't know how much electricity each piece of equipment was using, how we could improve it, or if there was any prospect of doing so, we couldn't answer those questions. However, by visualizing the electricity, we can see the effect at a glance, so we would like to work on saving energy on the compressor, which consumes the most electricity of our existing equipment. We also believe that it is important for us to take the initiative in our activities so that we can contribute to the prevention of global warming (disasters) and a society that does not waste energy. We hope to tackle social issues together with the 4,000 companies that have obtained SBT certification, and that this will lead to improved recruitment activities. Finally, he said that as a new business, he would like to try to use heat exchangers, which have a proven track record in sewage treatment plants, with any type of fluid.
