On a certain day in February 2025, I instructed all departments to install wattXplorer (hereinafter referred to as WX) on all (equipment). Although several units have already been installed, it is meaningless to calculate CO2 emissions (CFP) unless they are installed on all of the equipment. By installing it on all equipment and collecting basic data, we can see a lot of things. In particular, it is expected that air conditioning accounts for almost all of the electricity bill at the Akashi factory, so visualization is absolutely necessary. If you can see electricity, you can save energy by reviewing the operating rules of the air conditioner (such as turning off the breaker in spring and autumn) and reviewing the compressor air settings. If you can see electricity, it will lead to company profits. It is important to create examples of our product (WX) and promote what you can do to make money.
